We also extend the coverage to vandalism: if within one (1) or two (2) years one of our camera suffers total destruction due to a vandalism act (documented with legal paperwork) we will replace it at no extra cost to you (one time only).

Buy Up To 30 Days Later

Want to take advantage of this program, but forgot to buy it at time of purchase? No problem! You can buy an Extended Warranty for IP security cameras from ENS anytime up to 30 days after the date of purchase.

What is covered?

This policy is an extension of the manufacturer's written warranty. We cover the parts and labor necessary to repair your IP security camera to factory specifications in the event of any defect in materials or workmanship of your product or in case of vandalism during the coverage period. We also cover the cost of on-site pick-up and delivery. If your product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement model with equal or better features. Note that this coverage extends only to the camera - cables and accessories are not included under this plan, even if included as accessories of your original model when purchased. All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice showing date of purchase. ENS is the sole agency in assessing cause of damage for all claims under this program.

What is not covered?

This plan does not cover:

  • repair or replacement of any cables or accessories that were installed with your IP security cameras
  • repairs to your unit caused by misuse, mishandling, or abuse of the unit by the owner
  • any loss or accidental damage to your unit

We cover all the parts and labor necessary to repair your IP camera to factory specifications in the event of any defects in materials or workmanship of your product for the coverage period. We do not cover on site custom settings, networking, or software set-up.

Hassle Free Claims Service

We provide hassle-free service for all claims made under this plan. To make a claim, contact us by email or telephone line and indicate that you want to make an extended warranty claim.

You must have a valid RA (return authorization) number issued by ENS before the unit can be picked up by one of our technicians.

All claims must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice showing date of purchase.

In case of vandalism, all claims must be accompanied by a copy of the documentation provided by the law enforcement agency attending the incident.
